Engagement Tracking: What is the 'Dwell' metric and why is it important?

Admetrics provides two metrics for transparently measuring engagement: 

Dwell rate
 is the percentage of users that interact with an ad in some way – like hovering, clicking, playing a video or interact with custom ad functionality. 

Dwell time
 counts the number of seconds that a user is interacting with an ad.

Custom attention metrics

Apart from the standard engagement metrics, Admetrics can be configured to track every kind of other custom or ad format specific engagement event, like expansion rates for pop-out display ads or view time of video ads, you name it.
