The product

The Admetrics Data Studio is a marketing data warehouse and attribution solution for DTC brands that solves key issues e-commerce marketers are facing (more details: www.admetrics.io/shopify):

  • take full control of their marketing data, so they can stop relying on the performance data provided by media partners as it's often inflated and misleading
  • fix tracking and attribution issues and provide the foundation for making the right budgeting decisions, understanding their customer journeys, and how much each paid and non-paid marketing activity are contributing to their success
  • provide unified reports across all traffic sources for metrics like ROAS, RPU, Retention, Repurchase rates, AOV, and many more
  • accelerate data-driven decision-making and testing and learning through a machine-learning-based statistics engine


The role
We are officially launching the product in Q1 2022 and are looking for an analytical, data-driven, and creative growth marketer to lead the marketing team and all growth initiatives. You will always be testing and building new growth strategies across channels, ultimately finding high-quality leads.

  • Work with a cross-functional team  
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct experiments, data analysis, and research to reveal revenue growth opportunities
  • Produce social media content for our LinkedIn, blog, and other various channels 
  • Develop video and text content from customer cases to use across channels 


Required skills

  • Solid understanding of marketing tech fundamentals (tracking concepts, pixels, UTM parameters)
  • Good grasp of KPIs and attribution concepts, specifically for e-commerce businesses
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (ideally also SaaS)
  • Strong growth track record 
  • Fundamentally understand email marketing, A/B/n testing, social media marketing, SEO, and inbound marketing
  • Outstanding skills in copywriting and editing in English
  • Proficient with analytics
